Article 6 - Registration

6.1. Opening of the Player Account and registration

6.2. Account and password

The Player is responsible for any activity on their Player Account.

The Player preserves the confidentiality of the information related to their Player Account, including their password and all operations carried out therein.

The Player agrees to immediately notify GUINEE MILLIONS by email in case of unauthorized use of their Player Account, their password, or any breach of security.

The Player may be held responsible for the damage suffered by GUINEE MILLIONS or by any other Player of the Site due to the use of their identifier, their password, or their account by another person.

GUINEE MILLIONS cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that the Player may have incurred as a result of unauthorized use of their login data by third parties, even without their knowledge.

In case of forgetting their password, the Player clicks on the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?" link on the homepage of the Site. They then enter the email address linked to their Player Account. GUINEE MILLIONS will send the Player an email with a link to generate a new password.

6.3. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

The entire amount deposited into the portfolio by the GM bettor cannot be immediately withdrawn except 20% of it. 80% of the deposit must be wagered.

All winnings can be withdrawn.

Article 7 - Bonus

Article 9 - Guarantees

The Player agrees to indemnify, defend, and exonerate GUINEE MILLIONS, its directors, its employees, its representatives, and its suppliers as well as all possible third-party partners against all losses, all expenses, all damages, and all possible costs, including attorney fees, arising from any breach by them of these GTU.

Article 10 - Terms of use of the games

10.1. Access to the Site

Participation in the Games is carried out exclusively through the information society, i.e., through the intermediary of the Site. The Player accesses the Services of the Site by logging in.

The Player assumes the technical risks in case of disturbances or interruptions of Services, notably those related to a power outage, an interruption of telephone or Internet connections, a malfunction, or the overload of networks or systems. GUINEE MILLIONS is not responsible for the risks related to Internet access and the risks related to the remote transmission of data by the Players.

10.2. Game

Participation in a Game is initiated by placing a certain amount of money. The possible Bets and Gains are consultable in the Game Regulation. The Player has a free choice of bet for each new round. Any Bet is immediately debited from the Player Account.

When the Player Account is not sufficiently funded for the chosen bet, the Player will not be able to participate in the desired game.

At the end of a round, the Player is immediately informed of the result; the potential gain is credited to their Player Account. If a round is interrupted before the end due to the Player's action, they lose the possibility of gain. If a round is interrupted before the end due to a technical problem, the Player must immediately contact the Customer Service. After analyzing the course of the game and the technical problem, GUINEE MILLIONS establishes a technical report within a minimum period of 72 hours, taking into account the applicable game regulation. In the event that it is found that the course of one or more rounds is or was not in compliance with the game regulation or these conditions for any reason, GUINEE MILLIONS reserves the right to correct the result of these rounds to make it consistent with the normal course of the game. Any possible gains or losses of the player during an erroneous round may also be corrected by GUINEE MILLIONS without prior warning communicated to the player. The technical report on the course of the erroneous round will constitute the only proof to calculate the loss or gain (corrected) and will not be subject to any discussion.

10.3. Deposit and withdrawal of money

The use of the Player Account by the Player is strictly limited to their participation in online games and sports betting available on the Site, excluding any other use, notably as a bank account.

No sum of money linked to a Player Account can generate interest.

Provided that all the provisions of these GTU are respected, GUINEE MILLIONS undertakes to execute at the first request of the Players any withdrawal of winnings, provided that and to the extent that the balance of the Player Account is positive and that no dispute is ongoing.

The payment of any sum of money will only be executed by GUINEE MILLIONS to the extent that the Player is not liable for any sum to GUINEE MILLIONS and after checking the proper course of the game, the absence of any cheating, fraud, and no software or human error that led to an unjustified gain or loss for a Player.

GUINEE MILLIONS does not take any commission or fee of any kind on deposits or withdrawals, regardless of the payment method used. However, GUINEE MILLIONS reserves the right to apply administrative fees of 15% on transactions (withdrawals and deposits) that would not have the sole purpose of participating in games (notably in the case of consecutive deposits and withdrawals without stakes).

The Player irrevocably and definitively waives opposing or refusing any payment of sums due to GUINEE MILLIONS. Moreover, the Player authorizes GUINEE MILLIONS to deduct from their Player Account all sums that they would have unduly received following fraud or a malfunction of the Site or the gaming services.

Credit transfer cannot be carried out before the Player's account has been validated by GUINNEE MILLIONS.

Once your request has been validated, deposits made by credit card or by any other means of payment are carried out instantly, except in case of technical problems.

10.4. Origin of funds

The Player declares and guarantees to GUINEE MILLIONS that the funds used to play on the Site do not come from illegal sources.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

Article 13 - Duration

Article 14 - Suspension or Closure of the Player Account

14.1. Suspension or closure of the Player Account by GUINEE MILLIONS

GUINEE MILLIONS reserves the right to suspend, terminate the registration, and close the account of a Player temporarily or permanently without notice or compensation, including during a game, notably in the following cases:

• the Player's account has remained inactive for an uninterrupted period of 12 months or more;

• GUINEE MILLIONS considers that the Player has violated one or more provisions of these General Terms of Use;

• the Player has not communicated within the requested deadlines all the supporting documents necessary for the validation of their Player Account;

• the documents or pieces of information communicated to GUINEE MILLIONS are incomplete or inaccurate;

• the registration conditions are not/no longer met;

• the Player is subject to a gambling ban;

• in case of abusive use of the account opening procedure;

• in case of simple suspicion or finding by GUINEE MILLIONS of fraud or illicit activity of the Player or attempt to use illicitly the Sites, the Software, or the gaming and betting services, including the use of a Player Account of another Player (even with their agreement) or the use of stolen credit or debit cards;

In case of suspension or closure of a Player Account for the reasons set out above, GUINNEE MILLIONS has a right of retention on the sums appearing on the player's account in order to collect any possible administrative fees and damages for which the player is liable. The Player will be notified of the suspension or closure of their account by e-mail.

GUINEE MILLIONS reserves the right:

• to inform all competent authorities, including judicial authorities, of any illicit or suspected activities on the part of a Player;

• to block the assets of the Player in order to prevent the consequences of any suspected or proven abusive or illicit use of the Sites or the gaming services;

• to initiate any necessary or useful legal action in order to put an end to the breach attributed to the Player, obtain compensation for the damage suffered by GUINEE MILLIONS, or recover any winnings that would have been paid to the Player subsequently or because of the breach attributed to them.

Article 14.2. Closure of the Account by the Player

The Player may terminate their account at any time by sending a letter to GUINEE MILLIONS, Hermakonon opposite the Bonfi stadium, Commune Matam, or by e-mail.

The termination of the contract will take effect when the Player has received written notification from GUINEE MILLIONS confirming that the Contract has ended.

Article 14.3. Consequences of the termination of the Player Account

The termination of the Account implies that the Player:

• ceases all use of the Site, the Software, and the Games; and

• deletes any copy of these from their computer or any other support.

The temporary closure of a Player Account results in the immediate blocking of the sums present on it.

The definitive closure of a Player Account results in the immediate payment to the Player's bank account of the sums present on the Player Account, provided that no fraudulent activity that led to the blocking of the Account was carried out by its holder.

The operation of a closed Account is impossible.

GUINEE MILLIONS will inform the Player of the closure of their Player Account.

Article 15 - Responsible gaming
